Our terms and conditions for homeowners wishing to join our website and rental referral program is
simple:
* We will require proof of identity for all owners of Windsor Hills vacation homes who wish to advertise on this web
site, plus 2 forms of proof of ownership for the said property.
* Your property will be listed on www.windsorhillsreserve.com with its own one page website. Photos will need to
be originals, therefore for copyright reasons, please do not copy them from another website. We will need an
original detailed description of the property, plus at least 5 photos.
* External URL links and telephone numbers will not be allowed on www.windsorhillsreserve.com
* You can advertise as many properties as you wish. For a limited time, we are waiving our one time set up fee.
* Specific home inquiries will be sent directly to the homeowner, general inquiries will be sent to all homeowners.
* Our all inclusive fee is 10% of the total booking amount obtained (excluding hotel taxes and pool heat).
* Any inquiries that you are not able to deal with (eg. you are already booked for this period, or wish to pass on the
inquiry) must not be passed outside of this website. Please inform the administration team at
admin@windsorhillsreserve.com so that the booking can be passed down the line and another owner benefit from
it.
* We are looking to build a highly reputable community of homeowners and therefore if you cannot fill a booking
which did not come from this web site, for whatever reason, please wherever possible try to refer it to another
homeowner within the Windsor Hills Resort. By referring outside of Windsor Hills, you are discouraging future
word of mouth bookings and repeat bookings.
* www.windsorhillsreserve.com reserves the right to cancel your account at any time with a 3 day notice. The
homeowner may give the same notice. Violating our Terms and Conditions would constitute immediate
cancellation without notice. Our terms and conditions are subject to change at any given time.
* www.windsorhillsreserve.com and its agents are not liable for any damages - it is the owner's responsibility to
deal with the potential renter direct. We are purely rental referral agents. Information on
www.windsorhillsreserve.com is provided without warranty on an 'AS IS' basis. We would remind you to do your
normal security checks when giving out the address of your home, taking payments, etc.
* FINALLY, you agree not to dispute with individual homeowners over rates. There will be some people who wish
to advertise their homes at a higher or lower rate than yours. That is their decision. www.windsorhillsreserve.com
will be advertising home rates as set down by the homeowners. However, please try and be realistic. A vastly
overpriced property will likely struggle to get rent, and a vastly underpriced property not only helps devalue the
rental market, but it also can often look desperate. When homeowners advertise 'silly' low rates and have a very
empty calendar, most renters do not think that they have found a bargain. They usually wonder what the catch is.
Therefore try to price your home competitively!
